A very special little boy arrived yesterday. Andrew Francis Schell made his grand entrance at 4:44pm, weighing it at 9 lbs 5 oz. Mom and dad (rob & kristen) are doing great!! I'm overwhelmed with joy that I was lucky enough to hold my first grandchild within an hour of his birth. It goes without saying that he is the most beautiful baby ever, and of course I say that completely without prejudice.
It may be completely coincidental that his birthday coincides with the feast of St Andrew, but that most certainly must be a good omen!
