Every year we try and get back to Cincinnati, my
home town, at least twice. |
| Here's my mother, Margaret with my brother's son Sean. My sister Laura is feeding Paul in the background. | |
Here's Sean feeding his mom, |
| Laura and Paul. I think he had just awakened. |
OK, eating is over. |
| William, Laura, Paul and George. | |
Two moms, two kids: |
| Paul hand-checking Ryan. | |
Paul is very outgoing. |
| Sara had met Paul at his baptism back home in New Jersey, so they were old buddies. |
Paul was fascinated with the |
| "OK, mom, I'm ready for this to be over now" |
"Oh wait, maybe not." |
| Later in the trip we made it to the Cincinnati Zoo's Festival of Lights. Unfortunately, it was incredibly cold and Paul was not very comfortable. We had to quit shortly after we got there. Next year we will be better prepared! | |

On New Year's Day, Paul Great-Grandmother |
| This little thing has turned out to be one of his favorite toys. It plays music and/or says the name of the thing depicted on each button. Lots of fun. | |
Paul had just really started taking independent steps Christmas week and the suite we had afforded him excellent mobility with lots of low things he could use as he walked around the room. |
| Here's my nephew Jeremy at the party.
My dear friend Brian Garry was there also but I didn't manage to get his picture. Bummer. |
| This was a wonderful trip. Paul
was pretty sick on the airplane and after we arrived, but with 24 hours he
was back to normal and we got to see almost everyone we wanted. Brad Ogle
was missed however.
